First, do you have in app purchases turn off? Second, try restarting your device. Third, delete and reinstall the app. Your progress is saved on TLs servers, you won't lose anything.
Let us know if any of these fix the problem.

If you downloaded the bakery game under one itunes account, and you are trying to buy gems under a different Itunes account. You can get this screen.
All you have to do is, delete this BS app and download it with your current iTunes account. Don't worry your game will still be there as long as you're using the same iDevice. Make sure you have the in-app purchase enable.
