I have a new system: I don't bake a dish unless I have less than 10 000 of it. If I have less than 10 000 of something, and haven't mastered it yet, I start baking it again until I have at least 30 000 of it. (But goal recipes I bake until the goal is reached.)

Sometimes I let a dish run out and be replaced by another even if I haven't mastered it, mostly because I want to replace it with something I think fits the season better. I spend way too much time thinking about this. I've made lists of what to replace with what and what to save for what season.

Every day about 800 of each dish are sold, so I would still be able to not bake anything for weeks and still not run out.

    Currently I have:
    - Berry Rhubarb Pie: 57 853
    - Lunar Cake: 53 129
    - Just Right: 50 841
    - Pumpkin Pie: 44 898

    - Chocolate Flan: 30 727
    - Almond Biscuit: 29 500
    - Fruity Yogurt Parfait: 29 500

If they were in my bakery it would take 12 841 080 / 800 = 16 051 days to sell them, which is about 44 years. :O

WHY??? Why are you players with millions of plates of food doing this? And why do you keep cooking? I'm mystified, and would truly like to know.

I have 48 counters, and with about 800 of each dish sold each day a total of 48 x 800 = 38 400 are sold each day. Is this slow selling? How do you slow sell on purpose? I want to sell as much as possible.

I was going to list all my food but it would take forever so I counted items and added totals. To date 5/5/16 I have:
    300 different counters of food
    36,893,277 pieces of food.
In a nutshell, way too much food!!
Karengar is my ID if you would like to see
