How much food is on your counters?

I went from having 480,032 total plates a month ago to now having 1,757,950 plates today, I haven't added a new appliance, and I haven't closed my bakery since I started this game. There is a some glitch that the developers haven't fixed for me that causes my plates to be sold at a significantly slower rate when the app is closed. If I leave the app open and running, it seems to work okay. I went from netting 150k coins a day to less than 50k a day without changing table layouts.

I have over 1.7M plates of food. For awhile I was trying to slow down the rate at which I was making them by making the 1 day and 2 day items but I'm almost done with all of those so I've been making the shorter-time dishes and the plates are piling up. I'm just going for mastery on all the dishes now and once I achieve that, I'll stop baking or maybe even playing for awhile.

Yes, over 3 million plates on both restaurant & bakery. Maybe teamlava will reduce the number of servings on the new recipes to slow down the production line. OR you can close and then re-open for a quick sale and start over. lol

I've now started throwing away food - at the slow consumption rate in Bakery, they'll never all get sold without my stopping to play for months. Right now I'm just working on mastery for the recipes I have left and clearing counters for anything I've cooked in mastery levels before level 4. I'm only keeping the foods I've already mastered since I'm not likely to make those again and the prettier dishes I like such as Key Lime Pie and Blueberry Buckle. I hope for the new holiday recipes that they come with fewer servings so you can master them as soon as they come out and they'll still clear out shortly after the holidays. As it is, I'm going to have the Halloween dishes well into summer if I don't throw them away before then.

I have stopped baking. I am waiting till I can remove some of my 30 odd tables. It hinders how I can decorate for the Christmas season. Plus you guys don't know the FREEDOM of not being tied to checking the game every couple of hours! FREEDOM I TELL YA

I've found as I advanced into higher levels, we do really seem to build stock up. It's helps because we can stop open all the time then. You're find it gets easier hopefully.
