max level?

So today when tipping the general "community" I thought I would look for higher levels to see what their bakeries looked like and to see if I can figure out this whole "magic jar/tin" thing before I buy one (can I find items in their bakeries that are not for sale otherwise)....and I found a few level 70s but nothing above that.

What is the highest level you get to and what happens when you reach it...game over?

Also, what is the deal with the magic tins and candy jars? I am 3 gems away from being able to buy one. I see some posts that mention 4th place prizes?? Can someone please explain. Which should I buy?

level 96 is the highest at the moment, but it's not really game over when you reach it, you just can't reach a level any higher than that. You still get to cook, redesign your bakery, buy new furniture and stuff, but you just won't reach a higher level.
