This sometimes happens. Happily, restarting your device usually does the trick.

Turning it off, then back on. If for some reason it won't even allow that - on an iDevice, press and hold the power button at the top and the home button in the from until the apple symbol appears. If it's a Android device, pull the battery out.
Whenever you are having issues, try these two things first - restart your device,
