Hi when is the problem with RS & BS going to be fixed???? The game can't be played properly without gifts and gift backs!!!! My restaurant is always empty can't keep up with customers!!!! Please fix this bug as I love these games but a mo they are !!

First, can you please give some additional information? What device you are on, what game versions, and what are you doing when the problems occur?

Hi greygull am on ipad2 am going to get gifts from neighbors andbit tells me none there or only gives 1 singular plate instead of say the 200 in should give.

Try restarting the device before serving. Does that help?

It does that's a pain every time you want to serve food. Also can't gift back neighbors properly.

Whilst I appreciate that it is annoying, at least it's a short term solution before TL fix it for good.

Which part of gifting back is a problem? There have been a few different issues lately, so I want to help with it properly

Well if I do receive a gift go into my gifts tab I only have 1x gift there and sometimes none. I notice the bakery story problem has got better but it's still not right on that one either. Also the game keeps saying out of sync. This is all since I did the latest update was working well before that. Any way of putting the older programme back on as an update?

I know there is a way to go back to a prior update, and I'm hoping the community will know how to do it.
