Magic Case/Discovery Chest Ideas!

Since most players want the buildings in the Magic Case(CS) and the Discovery Chest(FS) and think that it is unfair that they have to pay 24 city cash/24 gems to get a random item. Why not add an option to pick the buildings you want for a slightly higher city cash/gem rate? That way players get the buildings they want, TL gets city cash/gems.

I would like a feature to be able to trade chest items with other farmers who have chest items. I wanted the cottage and received a ranch house and I have a niehgbor who wanted the ranch house and received a cottage. Would be nice to be able to trade. It would also help those who have multiple of the same items.
