i know how to do it on my iPad but on my laptop i'm trying something and i can't figure out how

Since photobucket changed things around I can't find the IMG code anywhere
the little box off to the side doesn't have the IMG on the list like it used to
I just can not for the life of me figure out how to post a photo to the forum again
