No that isn't possible, sorry and the ice cream machine isn't avaliable in restuarant story

Hey chef you can try storing an appliance that's currently in your restaurant/bakery and buy a different one from the design tabs, but you won't be able to put out more than current number of appliances until you level again.
If you do store an appliance make sure you're not cooking anything on it or you'll lose that food, same as if you stored a counter with food on it.
