Be sure and give team lava your storm id. The other persons game name. It helps to take sceenshots of your wall and send with your report as proof .

Tell that to support when you email them. The forum rules discourage identifying that person's name or ID.
The forum cannot help with in game harrassement, please email support@teamlava.com
Give them your game and storm ID and the other players game name and storm ID if you know it. You can also send them screenshots of your wall.
