Why do we only get 500 back when we sell our items, for example cosy house. When they cost so much more, it should be more fair, so it's more playable. The background music doesn't go away when I am listening to my iPod as well. So you can't listen to your own music and play the game at the same time.

You get 10% of the purchase price back when you sell an item.

You get 500 back for cozy houses because they cost 5000.

Not sure why it's only 10%.
Should be more like 50% or even 75% of purchase price, IMHO.

Even in this crummy economy, people don't lose 90% of their real estate purchases, LOL.
