How to submit Support Request
Please be aware, however, that TeamLava Support may not necessarily just credit them. They may give you something else (eg. their records say that you actually spent them on an expansion; if the expansion's not there then they give you the expansion, not the gems even if you're sure that you didn't buy an expansion).
