Hi. I am new to BS, but play RS. BS doesn't seem as active as a community as RS. So here is what I need in BS.

-Don't mind not receiving tips. I tip back when I can though.
-Answer requests! I have a neighbor that sends food but requests parts...but doesn't answer request. WTF. Delete.
