city story upgrade

anyone with problem after upgrade to 1.04?

I upgraded the city story to 1.04 and then i can connect the city story but just in the screen of connecting

I updated iPod and iPad and don't have any problems with. Can access the game with both devices and play but so far I don't see major changes. On iPod I got another picture on start screen, which I don't have on iPad. No new items in factory, no new buildings or decorations and nothing changed related to neighbors screens.

If someone found out what changed please post it!
