Update problems bakery story

I have been using bakery story for over a year and Friday June 23 I downloaded the new update from iTunes
However now I am having tons of crashes, the game is constantly freezing , I haven't gotten the new food (candy apples or vanilla milkshake) and random chairs and tables are now appearing.
Does anyone have any advice ?

Try restarting your phone. If that doesn't help, try uninstalling and reinstalling the ap. You won't lose any of your progress.

Also, check that you're using the normal edition. Valentine's version doesn't support the updates.

I don't experience crashes or freezing, but the tables and chairs are from when you visit a neighbor usually and it's a known glitch.

I went to the iTunes store just now because I thought you were talking about a new update released today but I only see the one that was released on the 9th so maybe it's different release dates for different locations.
