How to Tranfer StormID to new phone

Hey, I got a new iPhone 4 but when I loaded all the games from my old iPhone the "results" didnt come with it, just simply the games only. I have a Storm ID so how can I load it onto my new iPhone with all my levels and stuff from City Story and Farm Story>??

If you've created a new ID, sorry, that's tough. But if you haven't, go to teamlava.com as above and look at the bottom of the page.

As CS's highest level is 75/76, I doubt that...but a challenge (*be optimistic, be optimistic*).

On city story you can be level 96 as lots of my neighbours are 96
