Do you get anything for a lot of posts, like gems? I'm just curious why the congrats and why people would want to get on this list. I hope someone slaps me if I ever get on the top 20 list of any forum or blogsite, even if it's one devoted to shoes! Lol!

You don't get gems or anything nice. It is possible to get rude comments that accuse you of spamming or posting just to increase your post count.
