Just wondering how do we post our city picture to enter the contest

Speaking as someone who had to make 3-4 tries to get a picture uploaded (*sigh*)....

1. use the city story 'take a picture' to save a photo on your device.
2. upload the picture to a web site somewhere. I used the iphone app for Imageshack (they allow free photos uploaded)
3. find the link to display your photo. For example, mine is at: https://a.imageshack.us/img714/4637/imageiyea.jpg

Now put [img] before that link and [/img] after (all in one line).
