Love those! I have a very easy Jacques Pepin recipe I use. Whip up a little cream with some sugar, vanilla and cardamom... perfection! And considering they're sometimes called lava cakes, they couldn't be more appropriate for bakery story

^^ lol yep that's a strawberry. My favorite way to eat it though is with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. It's sooooo good that way.
