It's really difficult to find good neighbours. I only have a few that tip everyday or stay active. I recently just edited my neighbours list from 200 to 45 because I had so many low level neighbours that just stopped playing.

I still accept everyone, but people who don't play anymore I delete so feel free to add me if you like.

I usually gift daily and tip most days, I may have a slip here and there throughout the year when I am super busy and my star rating will drop to a 0. At these times I usually post on my wall letting people know that I will be back to my regular activity when things calm down/back from vacation etc.
