Not able to purchase gems

Earlier I clicked on the add gems and nothing came up. Then finally the box to choose the package came up, I made a choice got the processing spin forever then got a pop up saying it wasn't able to complete and i needed to contact itunes for support.
last night I tired to purchase the 50 gems and got the message that my payment was declinedbut yet I was able to purchase the $4.99 package like 5 times?
TO top this off I got the skunk 3 times in a row
TL since so many people have had issues purchasing gems today, extend this sale!!.

glad i am not only one....i cany buy gems either. ?.. not that i should but the sale was a nice incentive...oh well guess i get to hang on to my money?!

I am having the same problem - can Team Lava honor prices if I am unable to purchase gems before sale is over?

However I don't really need them in Nightclub, nothing there I like. I really want them in Farm.
Please look into this for us
