Star level???....what affects this?

I can't seem to figure out why my star level (?) has gone down? I am level 31, I always have food on my counters but my star level (not even sure what this represents) has gone from 3 stars down to 1 star??? Can anyone enlighten me? Thank you.

I'm guessing that you're talking about your star rating, which has to do with tipping neighbors/other community members. It will do down if you do not tip enough to keep your rating up.

Sure thing. The nice thing is you can go right back to tipping to get your star rating higher.
