I don't get it.

Probably most of ur nbrs mass gift parts everyday, I know that's what I try to do. I send the same part to all my nbrs b4 I start my tipping. I do parts on odd days and roast chicken on even days. My nbrs know this and if they don't like what I send them then they decline it.
Luckily uve probably amassed enough random parts uve been able to build whatever piece of equipment uve bought. All ur having to do is hit the button that says BUILD and it appears as built. This is y we old timers tell everybody to NEVER DECLINE A PART NO MATTER WHAT IT IS cuz u never know when it'll come.

Or r u asking how to send nbrs gifts/parts without them asking for one?

I am sorry but if the parts you need are not "gift items" you will need to buy the item first before you can request the parts.

It may be possible that that the same part if used for different appliances or constructible items.

Are you building an appliance? That is how you request materials. When you buy an appliance with one of the little hammers in the corner. It will show up in your place as a card board box with parts in it. Tap on it and it will tell you which parts it requires, then you can press the request part from neighbors option .
