Totally agree on the variety thing. I had a raspberry lamington for the first time recently in New York... I thought I would die from the deliciousness.
In all seriousness, I pretty much wholeheartedly approve of adding any foods to bakery story. There are some obvious misses. No eclairs? Only one kind of muffin? No Danish? Key lime pie, lemon bars, angel food cake, German chocolate cake, black forest cake, parfaits... I really could do this all night. But I'd prefer any of those to a Pavlova, honestly. Sorry
I have to say though... If you like key lime pie and you like lamintons and you adore this pavlova business, I'm starting to get intrigued...
I really don't mind what everyone chooses on this poll but I thought people would choose pavlova because of me encouraging it so much. But what I find really annoying is they don't even have an Australian flag or a new zealand flag, come on Teamlava
An Aussie friend said Pavlova is VERY sweet, so it might not be for me.
Instead I will encourage my annual birthday cake, German Chocolate!
See my post in the other pavlova thread
I vote for people being more adventurous and actually considering foods they haven't tried before
FYI. Pavlova is the lightest desert you well ever try and is delicious. Try it GM.
Thanks for the votes everyone
