Cannot write on walls when visiting some but not all players

When visiting community or neighbors, when I go to the wall to write a note, for some players there is the 'there are no messages on the wall'. With my neighbors, I know they have notes but they are not showing. I write a note, hit post and it disappears. This happens on some islands but not all but seems if I go back to islands ones that had that message still have it and those that show notes continue to show them.

This is happening in fashion story and bakery story too.

This is happening in all games today. I've created multiple bug reference threads in all forums, but I'll use yours as the one now that I know DS is also affected.

All the messages in my wall are still missing.
