Not Getting Candy Jacks From Breeding Are You Kidding Me?

Chapter 2, Act 3, Chapter 5, Act 3 and Chapter 6, Act 5 are not advancing because Candy Jacks are not dropping from breeding. People, including myself, had to pay 120 gold to advance because of this defect in your game. Who proofreads before releasing events? There's certainly has been a lot of dropped balls over the last 2 months. Refunds of 120 need to be sent out and soon. No taking 4 weeks to solve a time sensitive problem, please.

Hi..I had the same thing happen to me but only had to shell out 90 gold
I sent a ticket in after it happened for the second dragon to craft, I sent it in on Nov 3 and as of today, Nov 9 th, have not had a reply
It seems just about every Tales there is an issue with one thing or another S8 needs to check the event over before it puts it out for us
On another note, yesterday I was not able to see posts on a lot of players walls, and When I would write a post, it was gone after it was “ sent”
Seems a bit better today, what is going on with the game..I have been playing over 12 yrs now and its getting worse and worse
