stuck at Bingo adventure task

bingo task: it keeps rolling back in my game, and i cannot proceed.
not finishing one task, or trying to cancel another task to wait 3 hrs to refresh task.
this happend over the weekend, and that makes me going nowhere with this week's bingo....
what can i do?

Unfortunately, this is a rare but known issue. We're not sure why the tile becomes stuck.

You can submit a ticket to support, but please be sure to include as screenshot of the stuck tile so they can look into it.
