To my surprise, my baby account is going to finish this event. I bought some of the first package to get the energy and the trade tickets - such great help for a new account! then bought one of the current package to get the Enchanted Lanterns and some things to help my progress, but I don't think I really needed to. I need to fight 14 more dragons to make the final Cake Dragon Cake, and then I will be done. Might even go for a collectible cake, but I suppose I would have to leave one uncollected so that the craft wouldn't close. Just crafted a White Cake Dragon, so I have one of each of those now, too. Might want to make one more if I get enough Cake Dragon eggs.

Overall this type of event is doable.

I find it slightly bothersome that the item we are waiting on (candles) is a 2-hour wait. Instead of completing most crafting 4 or 5 days ago and waiting on an item you only need to log in a couple times a day, I need to be vigilant with the 2 hour check in.

I've got 3 dragons to battle and 10 dragon cake collections (30 candles to get). So I'll probably be done no later than Monday

I’m so upset with myself, i bought the last value pack to get the lanterns and 3 expansion permits — now this one is same price, with 50 lanterns and FIVE permits — I’m crying

But i have to say, if you are needing to finish the goals for the event, it does offer some nice event resources along with everything else.

Oi, wished white cake dragon dropped sprinkles too when it did candles early before the last goal started. 6 each cakes, each needs 14 sprinkles so looking at 14 hrs wake time to collect from the Den right, and hope that it will always spawn a white dragon. I know the baby cake dragons spawn white dragon too but as they have longer collection time, I consider those to fill in any non spawned from the den. Hat off to those finished this event.

My den spawned a white cake dragon every time. For me the candles took longer to get , and collecting from baby cake dragons was my aim. Usually 2 out of my baby cake dragons spawned a white cake dragon. Sprinkles came pretty easily. I think you'll finish.
