The pop ups from the start of the event (seen on pg. 1) say that the Samurai Kappa is a citizen, so no drops.

Well that does it for me, I’m dropping out of the event. The only prize that has anything descent for drops is the cute kappa and i probably missed it somewhere, but don’t know how to get her. All this isn’t worth the prizes, and takes the fun out of the game. I give 1 star for this event because it started out fun lol but went downhill from there (but that’s just my opinion lol)

This doesn't seem to be like the previous similar event, in that my workshops are often vacant and waiting because I don't have any water lilies.
The drop rate from the ponds has been really miserable. Mostly 2 from 6. Then when I saw three drop, I only had two in inventory, so that seemed odd.

I initially had the same issue, getting only 2 lilies from 6 ponds, but after purchasing the Kyuri Harvester, it changed a lot. Now, I get at least 4 lilies from 6 ponds, so the materials are sufficient!

I knew that I'd be limited in the time I can spend on this event so I went ahead and made the booster purchase on the first day. Like you, I've been getting a decent amount per collection (up to 10 blooms sometimes). A lot of the times they drop 2 per pool instead of just 1 which is nice and really takes the pressure off of me.

It's a shame though that the drops are so dismal without spending gems
