I've escalated this issue for players with S8.
I'm really sorry this is happening on a regular basis and I can appreciate how frustrating it is. Please be mindful that any duplicate posts and threads or flaming posts will always be removed so that the forum is a safe place for all players. We all must follow the forum posting rules and posts that violate the rules will be moderated. I've had limited capacity to be on the forum the last couple of weeks, but I am checking here as often as I can. Either myself or one of the Community Managers will be able to provide an update on my bug report I've made on this issue once more info is known.
