Allow all goals to be assessable!

In Restaurant Story, I noticed that we can still gift all goal materials even after the goal finishes. However, we can't access past goals we missed or couldn't finish. I was wondering if your team could change that by allowing all players to access past goals. Especially since, the materials are still assessable to send out and the goal appliances are still visible under the stove tab.

It would be nice to be able to work on a past goal without a time limit to complete. I would love to work on the snow cone machine goal. As well as many other goals I did not get a chance to participate in.
