Is it still possible to unlock the Arctic Isles?

I know the Arctic Isles is a legacy feature, but the airship is still there, I still have the quest and the prompt to breed the Arctic Isles dragon, and it still shows as available to buy from the market. So can I still breed the dragon and unlock the Arctic Isles? Or is it impossible now? I tried to breed the dragon for a while but gave up because I wasn?t getting it, but it also took me a lot of tries to get the island dragon so I?m not sure if it?s just bad luck or if it?s no longer possible.
