Prom Queen not visiting my restaurant

The prom queen came, tapped on her. Red heart floated up but not into storage. So, not sure if fixed.

Same here. She came by and dropped something I couldn't pick up. She also didn't teach me the new recipe. Usually you get that big pop-up showing the new recipe you've unlocked the first time they visit and you collect. Maybe that's the problem.

She visited several times…each time heart floated up but not into storage and items to do doesn’t recognize that she has been tapped several times now.

The fourth time she at least paid for her food but no recognition for tap other than coins.

Five taps…nothing…..no new recipe neither anything in storage. Thx for listening.
