No, I don?t think that means you already have one.
Yes, you can search your inventory and filter by buildings.
Check the market under buildings. If the cabbage hut is there for you to purchase, you don?t already have one. If you aren?t able to purchase or if doesn?t show in the market, then you already have one.
You can have 2 cabbage huts. One you craft and one you buy in the market. The dedicated thread on the barons tent has more information if you're interested.
