It seems like you're both talking about different things to me. ?

Mystery chests (the daily ones) are related to Christmas event and not this event and drop faeries and 1 or so cookie knights. You might have been looking at the wrong counter when the cookie knights dropped, that is the monster hunt counter and not the christmas candy counter.

The virtual chests for reaching milestones where you only get a splash screen is the monster hunt, but you may have only gotten coins. I agree that there should have been a splash screen but will need a few more players to post to see if there is an issue with the 1300 milestone. (I'm not up to there yet)

I'm referring to Monster Hunt, I have in the past got at least 1 item

I also got a flash screen of three chests, but not of what was inside them. The chests from Monster hunt goals, not Faeries.

Me too - flash screen of three chests, no apparent adds in inventory. (Honestly, I think no one knows what their coin/ cookie/ faerie count was offhand. So it has the feel of winning nothing even if we won something.)

yes this is what I'm talking about; the 3 mystery chests from the goals for the monster hunt. the Fairy chests work fine.

Stupid real life - haven't had time to play, now I can't win 1st or 2nd place (currently in 9th or something). At least I got the Mint Gummy Bear.

I also reached the 1300 point goal, and no apparent prize.
Now a new issue, the event is over, and I was supposed to receive 5 trade tickets, but didn’t. I received an energy crate, but no tickets!

I was in the group for 5 trade tickets and so I made a point to check after seeing your post. I got them and the trade ticket inventory card is now in the first spot when I go into the ALL tab (followed by the +25 crate and then +50 crate).

Depending on if this issue is isolated or not will depend on the fix. You might need to reach out to Support.
