A huge problem

In the last few weeks a player has been visiting many islands and leaving friendly seeming notes. When inexperienced or gullible players return the visit the player re visits and leaves barely dusguised obcene notes on the victims wall. The player has been reported to support at least three times.Each time support has taken appropriate action. In the next day or so, the exact same thing happens by a player using a different ID. It is obvious that there is no way for support to properly address the issue. I don't know what the answer is but it is clear that something needs to be done as it is an intolerable situation.
It is unfortunate that many such players do not know how to block the player or to report this to Storm8.
