I might sit this event out and concentrate on finishing the main story instead. The only item of interest in their droppings is the Expansion Permit. From experience, it's usually easier to win the lottery than to have them drop this ultra-rare item. Unless, of course, S8 decided to make the Expansion Permits a guaranteed drop.
