Be able to transfer city cash and coins to other players as gifts!

We should be able to transfer coins and city cash to other players as gifts! Also we could send them any item from the list!
I always had that idea in mind!!

I second that idea. Transfering cash etc would enable us to help each other get some needed items. I don't know how much of a programmer's headache that would be though!
