Crashing game

Hello my game keeps crashing when i visit my neighbors. My iOS is 16.5.1 I have deleted and reinstalled the game many times but it doesn?t help. What else can I do? I am not enjoying the game because of this. Thanks

You have done the delete and reinstall.
Unfortunately there are others with the same problem.
I myself have deleted a lot of neighbours.
I only have a few pets out.
If I take a different habitat with pets out ... I put a habitat with pets in storage.
I have stored most of my animated decorations.
I just do a different theme every couple weeks.
