    You've got to be kidding.

    There was apparently a sale today, so I decided to buy the gems. I loaded my iTunes card into my account, bought the gems, and the instantly game crashed (apparently an "internet issue") right after and my gems aren't credited but yet my iTunes money is now gone. I am genuinely furious by this. I will go through apple first to ask for a refund and if one cannot be credited or issued, I will then contact Storm8. I would contact Storm8 first however, apple (I presume if not am actually sure) has a deadline regarding asking for refunds. And if I happened to go through the Storm8 first, it could take up to a week. Whereas the refund, if I am granted one, would take less than 72 hours.
