Iam so so confused. Is it parts or balloons? I gifted balloons but the grill asks for tongs. I'm an old woman this is making me upset

It looks like it was a glitch and they fixed/changed it now. When goal first released for "JUNETEENTH GRILL" you needed 28 Red Water Balloons/ 12 Yellow Water Balloons now it's 28 Juneteenth Tongs/ 12 Juneteenth Springs. Sadly though allot players have used up their part req/gifts for the day on wrong parts needed. Grill I completed previously with balloons stayed that way for me though

Will all the red and yellow balloons players gifted and requested turn into Juneteenth Springs and Tongs? That would seem the RIGHT thing for Storm 8 to do.

I used all my requests to obtain red and yellow balloons from neighbors, then the game refreshed to require tongs and spring. Now I can't make any more requests, and I just lost almost 30 parts I had already received via gifts and requests. Terrible glitch.

Ideally anyone who spent money on appliance parts box for balloons will get a refund, and players who used up all their part req/gifts on wrong items hopefully can get it reset to new parts needed. But think players most likely lose a day of parts. Pls add an extra day to timer Storm8, these goals hard to complete as is without losing a day

I also started the goal when the parts were balloons. I requested balloons, got balloons, accepted requests for balloons, gifted balloons, received balloons for gifts. Left, and just got back and was surprised to see no parts for my appliance. Also have havent gotten gifts or parts or requests for parts. I appear to have lost a day.

I wish for you and others who didn't complete appliance before change, the balloons would've converted to Spring/Tongs needed now. Losing a day is just cruel with how hard goals are now

The problem now is you can't even gift the new parts the spring and tongs. The balloons are still in the gift tab. Another glitch they need to fix. If I ever needed a reason to quit after all these years. This may do it sadly.

I had 37-39 balloon parts, waiting on more collectibles...now I got 20 parts from storm8 as a compensation....this sucks...cost me another day waiting for the next reset....😠😠😠
