I have completed goal 4 but I did not receive my tree. I have forced close the game but no success. Is there something else I need to do?

Unfortunately, the Parrot Tree is a bit smaller than I was personally expecting. I've visited farms that already have it, and I'm currently unsure if I get it or not now. Was personally expecting it to be similar or exact to the Bee Tree or the Cat(?) Tree. It's not, not only in height but in size as well. Cannot be compared. I already have the free Chicken thingy, that may be all I get from this event personally.

Best of luck to those who want more from this event. Hopefully collecting from the Chickens goes smoothly for all. As that's usually a problem in these events is getting decent drop rate from them.

Anyone else unable to get in the game? I haven't been able to get in all day. I have submitted a ticket. I have done everything to solve this but nothing.

I've had some trouble with it and also with loading my farm and neighbors's farms when I visit. I usually turn wi-fi off and on and that helps or I'll reboot my phone and that'll usually helps too.
