Do you receive Rosemary and Esper when you collect 1000 pixie bouquets, even if you are not on level 6 for the altar?

Is the pixie fountain 1x1? Or is it 2x2?

I checked and double checked, it is even not worthy mentioning it, but I did not find the reward of 10.000 coins and 5 energy’s in my inventory for the RM
