zoom as big as you can. the trigger point is right on the edge on the plot where the locked land begins

You get dwarf hats from sparkling mines and chin hairs from farmhouses. Someone above said some specialty pigs drop things. I am not sure what a feasting pig looks like.

That's a good question. In the past, we could purchase another one for 65 gems, but here, market doesn't have it.
In the similar event, the Magic Garden here, the garden fountain costs 65 gems and has a cap of 2
