starting game issues

Both restaurant and Bakery story starts up by giving me gems then a message appears that reads the games are not in sync. Then the game resarts. This happens for both games for almost 6 months.
I tried deleting and reinstalling the games but it still happens.
I'm on Android #13 Samsung.

Same issues for both restaurant and Bakery. Several gems added then taken away. Restarts the ga.e and gems removed.
