Colour me silly, just started a 22 hr adventure, forgetting storybooks usually use them to get some items needed for whole book.

I think you are fine. Adventures during storybook events usually start on day 3

a reminder for the newcomers :
do not complete Goal 4 just yet (upgrade mansion to level 2), and continue collecting material until tomorrow (cleaning supplies and cursed roses)
this way, you can easily max these items in your inventory (x99)
be aware that these items won't drop between chapters

I see some kingdoms have pink bouncing wardrobes, where do they come from? I thought they may be a gem option, but don't have that. Also tried turning them, didn't do anything.
