Suggestion for Storm8.
1. Send Notification to all for the problem.
2. For the method (see thread 17) used by judyandthecat, ask Storm8 to permit access to level 100 (to clean farm) and freeze access during 48 hours to other levels over 80 for examples.
3. After, repeat the same strategy with level 99, etc?
Or to buy new servers !!!

This is saturday afternoon. I succeed to load the game.
Then I suppress all neighbors of level over 70 and store about 75% of my decoration. I have kept all my walking and no walking pets.
For the moment, it seems to fix the problem.
We will see tomorrow.
Today is sunday and no problem with loading the game.
Now, I have to reorganize the farm with a lot of decoration in the storage.

I thought this was a problem of me only. I couldn?t log into the game for 2 months and missed a lot of events. I don?t want to store my decorations or pets. What is the use of playing this game with an empty farm???
Storm8 should update or upgrade their system. I don?t want to wait logging in to the game for hours??.
I noticed the longer I don’t log into the game, the harder it is for me to get back in. If I’ve been out of the game for a day, it takes me 20 tries to get back in. Sometimes it helps to shut down your device and then try again to log in. Also, if you have an older device, it will be even harder. I noticed when I got a new device, it was easier to get back into the game. Im not deleting anyone and I have over 800 neighbors, I’m not so sure that has anything to do with it. I still add everyone and add more when I see a farm I like. The only time I’ve seen an error was when I tried to add a person and it said they had too many neighbors already. I’m still able to add people, so I don’t know what the real limit is. I also have problems with crashing when those pops up come up or when I play too fast. I play pretty fast, that always makes the game crash but I can get back in easier. Twice a day I have to make sure I close the app or it won’t load properly.

When it will be possible,
Eliminate all the neighbors of level over 70 and it will be ok to play. It is not useful to have a big lot of neighbors.
I try to go to your farm of level 100 and I have been kicked off.

PS Initially (at least in 2013), the maximum level was 60 and the farm had a limited area.
Random disconnects like crazy. Will be doing something, and it instantly crashes either reverting an action or choice I had done not even a mere second before the connection issue. I've lost things from the barn and even silo, as I send a plane, the game experience issue and then reverts me back to before I even sent the plane, but it still takes my things anyway. It's so frustrating because I've actually lost valuable crafts. Not only just the standard ones. Crafts that either are too hard to craft (requires many effort) or costs too much just to buy back.
What's weird is I don't even experience it that much on my main farm, however it's so bad on another. Cannot even do anything and the craziest thing is I don't have neighbours on that account/farm, it's literally a blank state. No animated decorations, no pets (regular or exotic), no neighbours. Why am I experiencing this so bad on another farm worse than my main?
That isn't to say I don't experience issue on my main farm, because I still do here and there and initially lost gems over it a few months ago, but like it's 10 times worse on that blank state of a farm.
Like for example, this farm above I mention isn't even fully expanded, not even half way expanded. So it's not loading/disconnects because of too much space or too many things. I literally only have the required buildings, all except one to two, and some fruit trees, though not all. Because I cannot afford it, see reason/paragraph above. That's literally it. I cannot seem to understand this at all.

We shouldn’t be trying to find solutions for these errors. It is the responsibility of Storm8!!!!
I agree, we shouldn't have to adapt to their game. They need to resolve their issues asap.
BEWARE LONG ESSAY. But it does explain reasons why I don't believe it's an issue that players could "fix" or sort themselves. Read up and you'll see what I mean..

Farm 3;
In the level 50-56 range. So under level 60 for reference.
38-39 effective buildings.
9 neighbours all of which I never visit. All 9 neighbours that I do have are all under level 60. Never have exceed 10 neighbour since almost 2 years ago, and did remove one of those initial 10 almost a year and half ago. Will likely delete one more off that list as well soon. So wouldn't and shouldn't be a neighbour issue for me there.
All livestock save for the Alpacas and 1 Donkey Pen, 1 Sheep Pen, 1 Pig Pen. So actually, I'm missing 16 livestock animals. But I didn't feel mentioning that initially because that's a given/expected. Especially for Farm Story 2.
One exotic pet out, Princess Flytrap, which I haven't feed in months. Will likely store that before too long though.
Most coin purchasable Trees for that level, except 3 Coffee ones and 0 Peach Trees. Cannot afford them currently.
For land reference, I haven't even got close to expanding to the Truffle Hogs, or the Wishing Well. Nor even to the Alpacas yet. Also no Fancy Factory. Expanding on that farm was never a goal of mine though, just wanted enough space for what I do have and will need.
I don't do or have anything other than basic livestock, and buildings to perform basic and usual farm tasks on F2. And which I don't have everything for my level that I need/should to due to lack of money anyway.
My main farm (Farm 1) Is Fully Expanded, has many exotic pets out, decorations some of which are animated, and has everything a farm possibly could need, save for a few of the trees, and I have few hundred neighbours all ranging in level 20-100.
With that in mind, I shouldn't be experiencing worse and more problems on my other farms (Farm 2 and 3), over Farm 1 because it has much less on all fronts. Hardly either are comparable in comparison. But for the sake of this, I will.
Farm 2;
Neighbours? Hardly any
Pets of any type? Only one, an exotic pet which never gets feed anymore.
Decorations of any kind? None, unless you count the paths.
You would assume I'd have much more issues on Farm 1 over Farm 2, due to the factors I have now list for more accurate and informed reference, but it's the complete opposite in my case.

Farm 3.
Under level 30
Neighbours? 84 neighbours
23 effective buildings
Pets of any type? Only 1, maybe 2 exotic.
Decorations of any kind? 6 animated decorations out. And a few non animated.
Similar land space to that of F2.
Also doesn't have everything I should.
Doesn't run well at all. In fact it sometimes is worse than F2. Despite it having just a bit more than F2, but still much much less than F1.
What I'm trying to get at, in my personal experience, is I have 3 farms, different levels, different things on it, different amount of neighbours. Nothing is the same on either 3.
On the contrary, my level 54 account runs the smoothest out of those 3 farms. Despite it having well over a hundred neighbours more than farm 3, too many exotic pets to count, I'm sure nearing 100 by now though. Many decorations, some of which are animated. And is fully expanded to this date. I'm not saying it works great, but what I am trying to say is it's way better than those other 2 farms. In terms of smoothest running anyway.
Usually I stay away from posting much anymore, aside from farm issues mostly and I will likely keep it that way still going forward for personal reasons. Though I thought I'd mention this. Maybe it'll help others understand it may not even be a "them" issue.
With my personal experiences in mind between those 3 Farms, I don't personally believe there's anything that can be done or that anyone else can do that will "help" or "fix" these disconnections/connection issues.
