    No free gems after paying

    Since paying for some gems the other day, I haven't been able to watch ads to earn free gems. Has this happened to anyone else before? Does it last forever?

    The gem videos are a promotional offer, as such they can come and go without warning. Sadly, there is no way of knowing if/when they might return to your game.
