If I buy the Easter Wreaths before I finish goal 2 and unlock goal 3, does that mean it won?t count and I?ll need to buy them again?

I?m guessing where it says ?have? this item, you can buy them early, but when it says ?buy? then you have to buy it when prompted. Is that right?

With tables and chairs its no problem but with The easter wreaths ur right, if u buy them early u have to buy them again
