While I am waiting in between Part 1 and Part 2, I am fighting harpies to get more trial clues saved. Just want to check with you all to make sure that is okay, that nothing else drops that is required from fighting harpies in Part 2, just the trial clues?

that is correct. The items you can collect between Part 1 and Part 2 are the trial clues (from Harpies) and holy herbs (from Ivy's hut and Anya)
take a look at the above table in post #211 in Part 2 you will also need 210 traditional beads that will start dropping from willow trees in Part 2

but also remember what I mentioned in post #142 :

there is a little trick to head start this part with a max load of Traditional Beads (that you get from willow trees)
I would advise to have 10 fully grown willow trees ready, then once you reach goal 3...

Goal 3:
* Clear willow trees 0/1 GO | you have to use the willow tree in this storyline for the required drop
* Gather traditional beads 0/1 GO (skip 20 gems)
* Find a Harpy 0/1 GO | collect from the bush

DO NOT find the harpy just yet, because as long as you will remain in Goal 3, the drops from the willow trees are spectacular (almost 1 for 1), you will then reach 99 traditional beads in no time. But beyond Goal 3, it becomes rare (like 1 every 10 hits)
